As a industrial business management assistant you control the business processes in our company.

Job profile and area of responsibility:

You are an all-rounder who plans, monitors and coordinates our internal processes. You will conduct negotiations with customers and suppliers. You will also provide support in handling financial and business accounting and in determining personnel requirements.

Required qualification:

You have completed training as an industrial clerk. Several years of professional experience in this field is desirable. Strong communication skills, the ability to cooperate, problem-solving thinking and negotiating skills are among your abilities, as are mathematical knowledge and a command of written and spoken languages.

CNC lathe operator

Job description:

As a CNC lathe operator you will take over the production of dimensionally and dimensionally accurate workpieces in our company.

Job profile and area of responsibility:

You create CNC programs and supervise the setup of the lathe. You will independently assemble the required tools and load, monitor and correct them during operation. You will also take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of the workpieces. Your tasks will also include monitoring the machine and minor maintenance work.

Job requirements:

You have completed training in a metal profession (preferably as a cutting machine operator) and have already gained professional experience as a CNC lathe operator. You are able to read technical drawings and interpret tolerances. You have a high sense of quality and responsibility, work carefully and prudently, both independently and as part of a team.

Technical system planner

Job description:

As technical system planner you will be responsible for designing, developing and refining our products.

Job profile and area of responsibility:

You will create, manage and maintain the technical drawings, work instructions and ISO conformity documents associated with production. You will produce standard-compliant drawings and sketches and create (3D) models of our products using CAD software. You will also be responsible for designing them on the 3D printer. You will also be involved in the new and further development of our products.

Job requirements:

You have completed training in the relevant field and are confident in using PC application software and relevant CAD programs. Your strengths include diligence, organizational talent and communication skills. A good understanding of mathematics, creativity and a sense of responsibility round off your profile. Ideally, you will also have already gained some work experience in this field.

Mechanical engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product phases from R&D, design, manufacturing and commissioning. The aim is to design innovative products and further improve productivity and quality with new ideas and approaches.

Job profile and area of responsibility:

In cooperation with our customers and the sales department, they develop and design special sensors for temperature, pressure, humidity or even completely new areas. Your tasks will include calculating resistances, temperature coefficients and measurement accuracies to ensure compliance with technical specifications. They plan and manage projects, carry out fault analyses and experiment with new production techniques. Developing and designing your own machines to improve productivity and quality is also an exciting part of your work with us.

Job requirements:

Basically, you need a degree in engineering, ideally a degree in mechanical engineering. You should have a good understanding of core concepts, mechanics, thermodynamics and materials science. We are also looking for creativity and good analytical skills.
Furthermore, in addition to basic computer skills, you should already have practical experience with computer-aided development and manufacturing, as well as familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g. Inventor, AutoCAD or similar).
Apart from that, of course, the ability to work in a team, punctuality and reliability are also required.
